WE Lead is a national community dedicated to advancing women in educational leadership through career growth, leadership development, and personal well-being.
We bring women together through transformative experiences, meaningful connections, and ongoing support—creating a space where leaders can learn, grow, and thrive. From conferences and leadership cohorts to coaching and community, WE Lead is designed to support women at every stage of their journey.
At WE Lead, we believe leadership should not be a solitary path. When women are supported, connected, and empowered, they don’t just advance—they elevate others and create lasting impact in their schools, organizations, and communities.
The focus of WE Lead is structured around three pillars.
Career Progression - WE Lead helps women take a broader view of their career and not just their current job. By analyzing their skill-bank, reflecting on their goals, considering their financial situations, and developing a plan, women can be more strategic in obtaining, retaining, and leaving roles throughout their careers.
Leadership Development- WE Lead provides research-based professional development focusing on areas where women may need more support in identifying skills that will take prepare them for a promotion and opportunities for growth they may seek to develop these skills.
Health and Wellness - WE Lead knows that women often put everyone else first and that our own health and overall wellness often suffer. By taking time to learn about our health, share our experiences, and develop small healthier habits, we can lead happier and more productive lives. WE Lead believes in working to live and not living to work.
